Who I am

I am Hartmut Frenzel.

I am not looking for quick answers. I am looking for what lies beneath: genuine encounters, quiet realisation, inner sincerity. I believe that clarity doesn't have to be loud - it can be quiet. But it can also be uncomfortable.

I go where it hurts. Not because I'm masochistic - but because I know that freedom is often waiting there.

I ask uncomfortable questions. Not to provoke - but because often nobody else does.

And yes: I also laugh at myself. Regularly. And sometimes quite loudly.

I love being alone - but not for too long, please.

I love silence - but not emptiness.

I love words - but only when they open something up.

And people - if they are prepared to face themselves. Even in the mirror.
