I am Hartmut Frenzel - consultant, mediator and companion for people and organisations who are ready to deal with responsibility, clarity and genuine encounter.

I come from a world in which technology and safety, law and responsibility are not just abstract concepts - but a lived reality. And I have entered a world in which it is not enough to understand systems. You also have to be prepared to scrutinise them.

Who I am

I am Hartmut Frenzel.

I'm not looking for quick answers.
I look for what lies beneath: real encounters, quiet realisation, inner sincerity.
I believe that clarity doesn't have to be loud - it can be quiet.
But it can also be uncomfortable.

I go where it hurts.
Not because I'm masochistic - but because I know that freedom is often waiting there.

I ask uncomfortable questions.
Not to provoke - but because often nobody else does.

And yes: I also laugh at myself.
Regularly.
And sometimes quite loud.

I love being alone - but not for too long, please.

I love silence - but not emptiness.

I love words - but only when they open something up.

And people - if they are prepared to meet themselves.
Also in the mirror.

Why I do what I do

My work is not a concept. It is a process, an attitude, a path. I work with people, not with case files. With organisations, not with structures. With topics that don't fit the mould - which is precisely why they are relevant.

Many of my clients come from technical or regulated contexts. They recognise responsibility - but often only as a formal burden, not as a personal attitude. This is exactly where my work begins.

I bring together technical, legal and ethical perspectives. Not because I know everything better - but because I have learnt how valuable genuine interface expertise is.

What I bring with me

Study of safety and electrical engineering (M.Sc.)
Studied business law with a doctorate in law and economics
Further training in mediation, compliance, data protection and audits
Professional experience in industry, public administration and consulting
And above all: the desire to work with people at eye level

What you can expect

I support organisations, teams and individuals when things become complex, challenging or unclear. When responsibility needs to be taken but nobody wants to name it. When structures have become too narrow or people too quiet.

Then I'll be there.

Not as a coach in a suit, but as a genuine counterpart. Clear, empathetic, precise.
